WSL offers the College Fantasy League service to you subject to the conditions within these College Fantasy League Game Terms (“Game Terms”) (which supplement the WSL Fantasy Surfing Rules and Instructions, located at (“Fantasy Rules”), and any other rules or guidelines that may be published by WSL on a periodic basis (any of which may be updated by WSL from time to time and be effective from the date of publication).

(B) REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: To participate in the College Fantasy League, you must use an email account associated with your college (e.g. You must be over 18 years of age and be a resident of California or Florida only.
For example, if a surfer on your College Fantasy League team scores 15.05 in a heat, you’ll get 15.05 Fantasy Points.
Your total is the combined Fantasy Points of all selected surfers from each Event. You will be prompted to select a requisite number of surfers from the respective three (3) “Tiers” of their CT ranking at the time of your selection (as available on the WSL Website) (“CT Ranking”): Your selections for each respective Event must be submitted prior to the respective Event start time (see
