NLP Techniques – welcome video by Michael Beale A very warm welcome to my NLP Techniques website.
The site started as a resource for my 1:1 NLP training and coaching clients, but I’ve now opened it to anyone who wants to refresh and practice their NLP and Coaching skills. NLP is an attitude, normally of curiosity, which leads to the modelling of success.
When I first started off it was nerve-racking, it was a bad experience - and that's what I'd like to talk about today.
Have you noticed more food intolerances than usual? Is your skin constantly breaking out in allergic reactions or acne?
Do you sleep for a long time and still wake up tired? Are you experiencing lots of headaches, brain fog, or fuzzy thinking?
You'd start off in easy, and that's how you should look at this whole process - a bit of fun, a hobby, say - Just to try a few ideas and concepts.
But only by doing that, and getting some experience, would you be able to improve upon that and think 'Actually, I could do this next time.'But really, really, you've got to just enjoy it, and have a bit of fun and think positively about it.
It's how you start yourself off, how you are preparing yourself in this environment. But there are so many ways to come across that will make you look interesting. But, the whole idea is to build up your confidence levels and starting off with the mental side of things.
Because going up to a girl, or a group of girls even is difficult. As I said, whatever you look like they want to talk to you. Now I could go through loads of the steps, but really the mental side of things is for the absolute beginner. It's easy for me to say so because I've done it, but really it is really, really easy.
You can use the sections within these areas as a number of ‘mini’ courses.
Simply watch the video, read the text, and complete any exercises and questions.
NLP is a lot more than NLP techniques, however learning about NLP techniques can be the start of a fascinating adventure.
The site is split into two areas: life and business.
Don't think of it as people watching you, because it's probably not the case, and you're probably never going to see these people again.
